Property developers are prohibited donors under NSW’s law for good reason. But unfortunately the recent election has shown that there are cracks in these laws.

Recent news has revealed that the NSW Liberals ‘legally’ received thousands of dollars in donations for the recent state election including from a construction company that describes itself as “Sydney's leading developers”.

Support my bill calling for the closure of the ‘legal’ loopholes which allow property developers to continue donating to political parties.  

It’s critically important that political decisions are made in the community’s best interests without the corrupting influence of developer donations.
