Our community deserves world-class public transport. Run for the public, by the public, that gets you where you want to go, when you want to get there. 

Disappointingly, the Inner West is facing a bus crisis due to the failed privatisation 'experiment' - and we've had enough. The privatisation of our bus network has resulted in more late and cancelled services than ever before.

The current private operator contracts are due to expire in 2026, but the NSW Labor Government is considering extending them until 2028. This is unacceptable. The government must commit to bringing Inner West buses back into public hands.

Sign our petition to the Minister for Transport below, calling on the government to fix our Inner West buses and bring these services back into public hands. 

We call on the Minister to commit to reversing the privatisation of our Inner West bus network when the private operator contracts expire in 2026. We urge the NSW Labor Government not to extend the private contracts.
